How does a savings plan work?
First, you can find participating veterinarians by using the "FIND A VETERINARIAN" page on this website or by calling (800) 290-0523. After confirming the veterinarian's continued participation when making an appointment, members just show their membership card at the time of service. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the veterinarian.
How long will it take me to get into the system after I sign up?
After you have successfully become a member (either by joining on the website or calling (800) 290-0523), you will receive your membership materials and membership cards in about 7-10 days.
How do I get additional membership cards?
If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (800) 290-0523 and press option 1, then press option 1 again. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.
How do I cancel my membership?
Verbal cancellations are accepted over the phone. If you cancel within the first 30 days of joining, you'll receive a full refund less any nominal processing fees, no questions asked.
